Wonderful dark sweet dessert wine, rich with aromas and flavours of roses, lychees and turkish delight. A wine to match with blue cheese, desserts with red fruits (especially summer pudding), or chocolate desserts. A favourite is to pour over vanilla ice cream! Also one for the Christmas pud!

Essensia Orange Muscat
Sweet wine with orange blossom, apricot and peach nuances, ideal enjoyed with almond and fruit desserts. Also try dipping biscotti!
On another level it is a wine very useful in the kitchen for the making of cakes and desserts as a flavour enhancer and moisteriser.

Carter’s Colchester Rosé, 2010 Made from the grape varieties Phoenix and Dornfelder, this is a light, plummy, soft, quaffing wine for drinking with nibbles or on its own. |
Parallele 45
Quality Cotes du Rhone, plenty of spicy red fruits and a juicy quality which makes this a great party wine in magnum. The blend is from 25 year old vines: 60% Grenache, 40% Syrah, produced by a quality Rhone producer. ”Parallele 45″ refers to the 45 degree line of latitude which passes by the cellars.
Palazzo della Torre
Known as “Little Amarone” this is stylishly rich Italian red with a good percentage of dried grapes added to the fermenting juice (around 30%) which adds to the richness and imparts a delicious raisiny flavour. Perfumes of cherry-chocolate and flavours of dried cherries and raisins prevail. Note also the velvety smooth, full-bodied mouthfeel. The wine, by one of Italy`s top premium wine producers, is a careful blend of 70% Corvina grapes, 25% Rondinella and 5% Sangiovese.
