Dark, sweet Madeira, as hedonistic a beverage as any you will find, on a par with PX sherry in richness and viscosity, with its own particular flavour. Ideal with christmas pudding or chocolate dishes, or simply serve on its own.

Medium-sweet Madeira, our most popular style by far - dark amber hues, rich without being dense on the palate, aromatic and nutty. Mouth-filling, tasty tipple.

Medium-dry Madeira, my favourite aperitif in winter because the spicy character is somehow festive. That said, i`m told Hugh Johnston enjoys it all year round!

Terrific value non-filtered port, dark / opaque, packed full of spicy-berry fruits.

Taylor`s LBV

Taylor`s LBV

Taylor`s were pioneers of the LBV category, first launched in 1970. The purpose was to satisfy the demand for a high quality ready-to-drink ruby alternative to Vintage Port.

Vintage port  is bottled after only two years in wood and ages in bottle, where, as a natural part of its ageing process it  throws a deposit and requires decanting to serve. LBV is  bottled after four to six years, so by the time it is ready for bottling it has thrown much of its natural deposit already and after light filtation the liquid is bottled bright ruby and clear, ready to drink!

Graham`s 1994

Classic vintage - still young and worth holding on for a few years yet! But if you can`t wait, make sure you have some good stilton to match.  Requires decanting.
