Plantagenet Riesling
Located in the Mount Barker township in Western Australia, Palantagenet is cool-climate and their Riesling grapes slow ripening, which enhances varietal character, fruit composition and flavours. Only premium free-run juice was used for this wine, so no squeezing or risk of astringency. A wine, then, with good purity of fruit. A perfectly dry wine, 100% Riesling.
