Muscat-de-Beaumes-de-Venise
Sweet golden wine with white peach, quince, honey and candied fruit notes. The fermenting juice was arrested by the addition of neutral alcohol leaving 11% residual sugar in the resultant wine. Always good to follow red meat accompanied by red Rhone with a dessert accompanied by the classic which is Beaumes-de-Venise.
